How do I place an online order?

Shopping and ordering online is a breeze at our online golf store. New customers — If you haven't completed an online transaction with us, it's quick and easy to create an account. Begin by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of each page. This will take you to the account ‘sign in' page. Once there, click the link that says ‘Click here to create an account.' Next you'll go to the account registration page where you'll be prompted to enter some relevant information to create your account. Once completed, our website will recognize your registered email address. For future transactions, all you'll have to do is enter your registered password. Returning customers — If you are an established customer who has made an online purchase all you will need to sign in is your email address and password. If you don't recall or don't have your customer number handy, please enter as a "New Customer" and we will merge the new temporary customer number with your existing number as we complete your order. Once your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation number and an order confirmation email. We recommend that you keep these for your records until you receive your order.


What forms of payment does Birdie Girl Golf accept?

At Birdie Girl Golf we accept a variety of online payment options. The following forms of payment are accepted: # Visa # MasterCard # American Express All through the SECURED PAY PAL service.


Is my credit card number and other information safe?

Birdie Girl Golf has taken every precaution to insure your total security. The information you submit is encrypted and is always held in the strictest confidence. Your name and other personal data is not given or sold to any outside parties, ever!


When will the 2007 line be available?

We already have some products in stock! Head covers and accessories will be in beginning of April, and the Luxe Cart bags will be in by the end. Please contact us if you would like to know when your favourite item is coming.


Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do, we ship overseas VIA UPS, but please be aware that extra shipping costs will be applied. To save on these costs, feel free to contact us. We're always adding new dealers globally, and will be happy to let you know if there is one near you.


How do I order overseas?

Please contact us DIRECTLY at sales@birdiegirl.ca Our website is set up for NORTH AMERICAN sales. We will be happy to process your information, and send you a quote for shipping.


How do I make a special order?

Contact us at sales@birdiegirl.ca A representative will be in contact with you, and we can process your special order.


How soon will my order be shipped?

Provided we have your order in stock, it will be shipped within 72 hours. If we are out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.


Do you ship to the US?

Please be advised that we do ship to the U.S., but also be advised that we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes. Our Policy and that of our Courier Services require either a home or buisness address. Any orders to Hawaii, or Alaska will have additional shipping costs.
