Birdie Girl Music Administration was created by Megan McKay. She wanted to combine her rockstar administrative abilities with her love of music and passion for supporting independent artists.
Birdie Girl aims to provide artists with administrative support, allowing them the freedom to focus their time and energy on their creativity and craft.
From applying for performance opportunities and awards to creating one-sheets and EPKs to writing bios, Birdie Girl handles the business so you can focus on the music.

Meet Megan
Meet Megan McKay, creator of Birdie Girl
Megan McKay is the studio manager of OCL Studios, a world-class recording facility located on an acreage just outside Calgary. Her lifelong love for music has steered her deep into the heart of the Canadian music scene. In 2017, she attended the Canada's Music Incubator Artist Manager program in Toronto, which inspired her to continue to seek out educational and professional development opportunities. In 2020, she joined the board of directors for Country Music Alberta, where she she served on the board for four years, acting as Vice-President for three of them.
Megan prides herself on her self-starting nature, impeccable time management, and knack for creative problem-solving. Birdie Girl allows her strong organizational and administrative skills to meet her passion for the music industry and is a total dream come true.
